# PosApp FnB trên máy tính

## 1. Yêu cầu và cài đặt PosApp trên máy tính

Yêu cầu phần cứng

Hệ điều hành: Win 7 64bit trở lên (khuyễn cáo dùng Win10 64 bit để ổn định nhất) 

Ram: 4G trở lên (Càng nhiều càng tốt) 

Chú ý: Một số win7 thỏa mãn điều kiện trên nhưng vẫn ko cài được thì nên nâng cấp lên win 10 64bit

## 2. Xử lý một số lỗi trên PosApp FnB PC

### a) Lỗi không tìm được máy in như hình

Bước 1: mở thanh tìm kiếm nhập từ khóa services sau đó mở services lên

Bước 2: Chuột phải vào ApiPrinterservice sau đó chọn start sau khi chạy xong bạn quay lại phần mềm cài máy in như bình thường

### b) Lỗi mở app, treo app không vào được với PC

I.: "Lỗi dữ liệu trong quá trình khởi chạy"

Xử lý: Mở "Setting" nhập từ khóa "Controlled folder access" > enter > Chuyển trạng thái từ ON thành OFF như hình dưới

### C) Lỗi Error 1001 khi cài hoặc gỡ PosApp&#x20;

## 3. Máy in trên máy tính

### a) Cài máy in trên máy tính

*Chú ý: Đây là bước cài driver trên máy tính, cài xong bước này rồi là có thể in từ web hoặc từ app*

*Máy USB hay Lan đều chung nhau bước cài driver > riêng với dòng máy in lan bạn phải lấy được địa chỉ ip máy in theo cách bên trên sau đó add port rồi điền địa chỉ ip máy in của máy*

### b) Cài đặt tiếng kêu (tiếng bíp), bung két, cắt giấy trên máy in hóa đơn

### c) Cài khổ giấy in tem, mã vạch trên PC

1 máy in mã vạch, tem hỗ trợ rất nhiều khổ, tùy theo giấy in của bạn dùng khổ nào thì set khổ giấy theo giấy mình sử dụng
